Our story
2000s: Foundation and Early Growth
2000:
Our journey began with U.S. based clients, providing comprehensive component testing for their product ActiveCube and technical support for TrueDBGrid (APEX Software) and FlexGrid(VideoSoft).
2002:
As part of GrapeCity Japan (now Mescius Inc.), we collaborated with a U.S. client to test Infragistics products for the Japanese market, marking the beginning of our specialization in localization testing.
2003:
Partnered with ComponentOne and enhanced their product quality through API and localization testing in addition to providing technical support for its products to elevate their global presence and building customer trust
2004:
Owing to continuous recognition as a quality service provider for products, we partnered with LeadTools, maintaining its presence in Japan for 13 long years.
2008:
Strengthened our presence in the tech industry by providing technical support for premium products like ActiveReports and Spread.
2010s: Expansion and Deepening Expertise
2010:
Expanded support for ActiveReports in the U.S. and Japan, optimizing performance and playing a key role in the upgradation from AR 3.0 to AR 6.0.
Expanded our domain in providing tech support for Wijmo, a client side UI components suite.
2012:
Began supporting ActiveReports Server (now Wyn Enterprise), enhancing its market presence.
2013:
Took over ComponentOne installer development and product documentation.
2017:
Expanded to documentation support for Spread and started dedicated technical support and documentation for Document Solutions.
2020s: Advanced Services and Ownership
2020:
Executed testing of Wijmo component suite for Mescius Inc (former GrapeCity Japan), focusing on automation, manual, and localization testing, thus ensuring the product's success across US and JP markets.
2023:
Spearheaded Wijmo component development and release cycles with complete ownership, solidifying a key role in product engineering and establishing ourselves as a go-to partner for delivering top-tier software solutions.
